Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team to maintain and oversee the upkeep of our facilities and to direct the maintenance team in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as painting and decorating and plumbing.

Job Description:

• Midweek & Weekend Maintenance:
• Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 5pm
• Direct and supervise the maintenance team in their daily tasks and priorities
• Assist with the maintenance of the hotel, cottages, apartments, leisure club, and site grounds
• Carry out daily reactive maintenance
• Compile and implement proactive maintenance plans
• Proficient in painting and decorating, plumbing, basic electrics, carpentry, and general construction
• Minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience required
• Assist with all legislative requirements (e.g., health & safety, fire prevention, etc.)
