Something abit different from our team, here’s a message from our wonderful Head Chef, Chris Ditch
Hello….
I’m Chris Ditch, the Head Chef at Derwent Manor Boutique Hotel. I’ve been part of the hotel for 11 years, starting as a sous chef. Within my first year, I earned the honor of becoming Head Chef, thanks to the respect and trust I gained from my peers.
Over the years, I’ve worked hard to make menus that our guests enjoy, whether they’re dining in Prego or the Antler Bar, both great spots for a relaxing stay. Our banqueting menu is designed to offer a wide variety of dishes to suit any occasion, from weddings and formal balls to casual family celebrations, baby showers, and afternoon teas. We also cater to corporate meetings and team-building sessions.
So, I guess what I am saying is, my team and I are committed to creating dishes that elevate every event and making sure every meal is memorable.
