Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. This role involves working in various areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and dining space, ensuring that all guests have a delightful dining experience.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
• Engage with guests to upsell menu items and enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Manage time effectively during busy service periods to maintain efficiency.
• Perform basic maths for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders accurately.
• Good time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during service hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
